Your information
Privacy
Banff Summit Ticket Guide is a small static site. I do not run an account system. I do not run a shop. I do not run analytics, pixels, or tag managers. If you only read pages, I am not collecting a profile on you through this site.
If you came from an advertisement
An ad may have used words like gondola, summit, Banff, or tickets. This website is a planning guide. It is not a ticket counter. It is not affiliated with any lift or attraction operator. We do not sell tickets and never process payments. If you arrived expecting a checkout, you are in the wrong kind of building. The pages here explain timed entry, e-tickets, and the QR code at the gate so you know the process — not so I can take your card.
PIPEDA and Alberta PIPA
I live and keep mail in Alberta. Canada’s PIPEDA and Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) are the rules I treat as the floor. I only want the information you choose to put in an email or on an envelope. I use it to reply. I do not sell lists. I do not rent lists. I do not have a list.
If you write me, I may keep the thread long enough to answer. Ask me to delete a message and I will, unless I must keep it to handle a legal demand I actually receive. I have not received one.
Hosting and logs
The machine that serves these pages may keep ordinary server logs (time, path, browser string, IP). I do not mine those logs for marketing. I do not attach them to your name unless you emailed me from the same context and a problem needs tracing.
